Food-Grade PE-Coated Interior

Our custom food-grade paper canister is made with a durable spiral-wound paperboard body, a removable tinplate lid, and a white paperboard inner liner laminated with food-grade PE film. The PE-coated interior helps improve moisture and grease resistance while providing a cleaner surface for food packaging applications.

The exterior can be fully customized with brand colors, product information, logos, and decorative finishes. This cylindrical paper packaging is suitable for tea, coffee, nuts, candy, cookies, powdered foods, and other dry food products.

Durable Tinplate Lid

The removable tinplate lid provides a stronger and more premium closure than a standard paper lid and allows the container to be reused.

Fully Customizable Printing

Custom logos, product information, barcodes, QR codes, and full-wrap artwork can be printed on the outer surface.

What materials are used for this paper tube?

The tube body is made from multiple layers of spiral-wound paperboard. The interior uses white paperboard coated with food-grade PE film, while the removable top lid is made from tinplate.

Is this cylindrical tube suitable for direct food contact?

The PE-coated inner liner can be made from food-contact-grade materials. It is commonly used for packaging dry foods. Material testing reports can also be provided or arranged according to the requirements of the destination market.

Can the size and design be customized?

Yes. The diameter, height, paper thickness, lid style, printing artwork, and surface finish can all be customized. We can manufacture the tube according to your product dimensions and filling capacity.

Can I order a sample before mass production?Title

Yes. A custom sample can be produced for checking the size, structure, printing, lid fit, and overall quality. Sample production normally takes approximately 3-5days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed.
