Do you provide free samples of custom packaging boxes?
DHP Boxes provides custom packaging samples at a charge, but sample costs are fully deductible from your mass production order.
Sample Process
- Sample cost: $50–$150 per design depending on complexity and materials
- Sample lead time: 5–7 working days for production
- Shipping: Express delivery (3–7 days) at customer's expense
- Quantity: Typically 2–5 prototype boxes per design
Sample fee deduction: When you proceed to mass production, we deduct the full sample cost from your production invoice. Effectively, you receive your samples at no net cost once you place a production order.
Samples are handcrafted prototypes intended for design and quality evaluation. Minor variations between samples and mass production units are normal due to the handcraft nature of rigid box assembly.
We recommend ordering samples before committing to mass production, especially for first-time projects, to verify colors, textures, dimensions, and structural integrity.
