Custom Slant Edge Ribbon Hinged Rigid Box
Premium Exterior & Interior Finishing
The exterior of the box can be customized with full-color CMYK printing, allowing your brand colors, patterns, artwork, and product information to be reproduced with excellent visual impact.
Inside the box, gold foil stamping adds an elegant contrast and creates an additional branding opportunity during the unboxing experience.

Ribbon-Controlled Opening Design
Two ribbons are fixed between the lid and the base to control the opening angle of the box.
This detail not only improves the structural presentation but also helps keep the lid in an ideal display position when the package is opened.
Ribbon colors, widths, and materials can be customized to coordinate with your packaging design.
Printed Paper Card + White EVA Insert
One of the key features of this packaging is its paper card laminated with white EVA insert.
Instead of exposing EVA directly, a printed paper card can be mounted over the EVA insert. Custom openings are then created according to the dimensions and shape of each product.
Can the size of the slant edge hinged box be customized?
Yes. Every box can be fully customized according to your product dimensions, quantity, and packaging requirements. We can adjust the box size, slanted-edge structure, lid opening angle, and insert layout to create a precise fit for your products.
Can the paper card above the EVA insert be printed?
Yes. The paper card laminated over the EVA insert can be customized with full-color printing, product names, usage instructions, icons, branding elements, or short descriptions. This is especially useful for gift sets or packaging containing multiple different products.
Can the EVA insert be customized to fit different products?
Yes. The EVA insert is custom-cut according to the exact size and shape of your products. We can create different cavities within the same insert for bottles, jars, vials, accessories, or other products to keep each item securely in place.
