Yes, we do offer samples. Since all of our packaging boxes are custom-made, the sampling process and lead time depend on the box structure, materials, printing, and finishing requirements.
To better support different project stages, we usually provide two types of samples:
1. White Sample / Structure Sample
A white sample is a non-printed sample used to confirm the box structure, size, and functionality before printing.
- Purpose: Verify structure, dimensions, and opening method
- Materials: Standard paperboard (no printing or finishing)
- Lead Time: Approximately 3–5 working days
- Recommended for: Early-stage projects and custom box development
2. Custom Printed Sample (Pre-production Sample)
A custom printed sample is produced based on your final artwork and specifications. It represents the actual materials, printing quality, colors, and finishing effects of mass production.
- Purpose: Final approval before mass production
- Includes: Printing, hot stamping, embossing, debossing, UV coating, lamination, etc.
- Lead Time: Approximately 7–12 working days, depending on complexity
- Recommended for: Brand approval and premium packaging projects
Sample Cost & Refund Policy
Sample costs vary depending on box structure, materials, and finishing requirements. In most cases:
- White samples are low-cost or free (shipping excluded)
- Custom printed samples involve setup and production costs
- Sample costs are often refundable or deductible from mass production orders
All sample costs will be clearly confirmed before production begins.
Sample Shipping Time
Sample shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Typically:
- Express courier: 3–7 days
- Tracking information will be provided after shipment
